Website information

We aim to keep product information, availability, specifications and pricing accurate, but errors may occur. Product images, descriptions, technical specifications and compatibility notes are provided for guidance and may change without notice.

Datasheets, manufacturer materials and compatibility information should be checked before installation or bulk purchase. If a specific tracker, platform, accessory, protocol, cable, firmware, network band or installation environment is required, please confirm this with us before ordering.

Quotes and orders

Most products are supplied on a quote basis. A quote does not create a binding order until accepted by us in writing and, where required, payment or purchase-order requirements are satisfied.

We may refuse or cancel an order where products are unavailable, pricing is incorrect, payment is not received, export/shipping restrictions apply, or the order raises compliance concerns.

Prices, VAT and payment

Prices may be shown or quoted excluding or including VAT depending on the context. VAT, delivery charges, import duties, customs clearance fees, bank charges and local taxes may apply. Payment terms will be stated in the relevant quote, invoice or written agreement.

Delivery, Returns and Warranty

We supply products from UK stock where available and may ship worldwide using courier services such as DHL, UPS or other carriers. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed in writing.

International customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, local taxes and compliance with local laws unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Please contact us before returning any item. B2B returns for non-faulty goods are accepted only where agreed in writing. Special-order, configured, opened, used or custom products may not be returnable unless faulty.

Warranty terms may vary by product, manufacturer and order type. Products damaged by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable power supply, water ingress beyond rated protection, or unsupported configuration may not be covered by warranty.

Title

Ownership of products remains with Tracking Hardware UK Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Compatibility and installation

Telematics hardware may require configuration, firmware compatibility, platform support, SIM/network compatibility, wiring, installer knowledge and vehicle/environment suitability. We can advise based on the information provided, but the customer is responsible for confirming final suitability before deployment.

Technical support

We provide practical technical support where possible, including product selection, configuration guidance and installation-related advice. Support does not replace a qualified installer, fleet platform provider, mobile network provider or manufacturer documentation.

Website use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, scrape content at scale, or use the website in a way that disrupts our services.

Website content, text, layout, graphics, product presentation and branding are owned by or licensed to Tracking Hardware UK Ltd unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer names, product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Tracking Hardware UK Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, loss caused by third-party platforms/networks, incorrect installation, unsuitable configuration, or use of products outside their intended specification.

Compliance, export and sanctions

Customers are responsible for ensuring products can lawfully be imported, installed and used in their destination country and application. We may refuse or cancel orders where export controls, sanctions, anti-money laundering concerns, fraud concerns or other compliance issues arise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
