This policy has been established to reduce the risk of our company being misused as a vehicle for money laundering (ML) or terrorist financing (TF), and to ensure full compliance with global sanctions regulations.

Prohibited Transactions:
Tracking Hardware UK Ltd strictly prohibits the sale of goods and services to, and the establishment of business relationships with, individuals, companies, or entities located in or associated with internationally sanctioned countries. This includes, but is not limited to, Iran, Russia, and any other jurisdictions subject to UK, EU, UN, or US sanctions.
We actively screen all prospective clients, suppliers, and partners using up-to-date international sanctions lists to ensure compliance.

This policy applies to all employees of Tracking Hardware UK Ltd, regardless of location or seniority—including directors, executives, managers, officers, and any individuals or entities acting on behalf of the company.
