We may carry out reasonable checks before accepting or fulfilling an order, especially for international shipments, high-value orders, unusual payment arrangements, restricted destinations or compliance-sensitive use cases.

We may refuse, delay or cancel an order where we identify sanctions, export-control, fraud, anti-money laundering or other legal/compliance concerns.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products can lawfully be imported, installed and used in their destination country and intended application.
